1998-2002 Firebird Formula Trans Am – WSX Hood (Modified WSQ)

Inspired by the IROC Trans-Ams of the late 90’s and early 00’s, we set out to offer a hood for 1998-2002 Firebird models that performed as well as it looks….  the WSX.  Full bolt on, uses factory hardware no need for hood pins (unless you prefer the look).

This is similar in style to the WSQ hood but more refined.  The WSQ hood looks great, but leaves some room to be desired in finishing.  Our hood is simply a better product. Our lines are sharp and symmetrical.  The fiberglass is more reinforced so it doesn’t bow or distort.  Our hoods fit right out of the box and only need the normal minimal prep work for paint.  We changed the design slightly (making the vents symmetrical, not needing to cut your front bumper, higher quality mesh) for quality.

Weighing only 27lbs and utilizing rear and top heat extractors, this hood reduces weight, reduces heat, reduces lift and looks amazing racing or even parked.
