BMR 98-02 4th Gen F-Body LS1 Alternator Mounting Kit – Black Anodized

If you are drag racing your LS1 equipped F-Body and require no accessory drives, this kit is for you.

Designed to eliminate excess belt length and tensioners, this kit leaves the alternator in the OE location with a manually adjusted shorter belt.

Works with standard diameter or smaller diameter pulleys by simply changing belts.

Machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and anodized black for corrosion resistance, all hardware and instructions included.

Note: this kit is designed to be used with an electric water pump and no power steering or air conditioning.
Designed for use on aluminum blocks only.

May be used on early 6.0L truck blocks by drilling and tapping one hole in the face of the block.
