Shipping Charges

We Offer FREE Shipping on All Our Parts. Please note that FREE Shipping are for items shipped inside the USA only (48 States). International buyers will be contacted and required to pay exact postage to the shipping address.  

Shipping Time

The Shipping time on the Product Pages include the time it takes to Process  > Prepare  > Package > Print a Label > and Present your order to the Shipping Company. The Shipping Times on the Product Pages do not include the actual time it takes for the Carrier to Deliver your Parts once they take possession of the order.  In Most Cases orders will be delivered within a week once we hand it to the Shipping Carrier (Fedex, UPS, Frieght Company, etc..).  You will receive a Tracking Number once your order has Shipped. The shipping times are also different for each item and are listed in the item description. The Shipping Times are average estimates under normal circumstances. The Shipping times may be affected by Stock level, Shipping issues, Weather, etc… We do our best to have items in Stock and ready to send in the time frames listed on the product pages. If there’s a delay, we will notify you. Otherwise, Kick back and relax and know your order is in Good hands and will arrive as promised.  

Returns and Refunds

First and foremost we are NOT responsible for damage occurring during shipping. It is your responsibility to open and inspect the item BEFORE you sign for it. If it is damaged then refuse the shipment and we can file a claim through our shipping provider and get you a new product right out. If you sign for an item and then later realized it is damaged there is absolutely nothing we can do to remedy that.

Also, since the Majority of our products are custom made to order, we DO NOT accept returns unless there is a defect.   This includes but not limited to Custom Stainless CME Tips. If there is a defect, you need to notify us within seven days of delivery to obtain an RMA#. We will exchange the item once and any more than that is at our discretion.

Unfortunately some expectations exceed the price of certain parts therefore if you are unsatisfied with an exchanged item, which goes through rigorous inspection before shipping, we are not responsible. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy before you place your order.

Before placing an order, please be sure you want the part. Once an Order is placed and is processed we cannot cancel it due to our order fulfillment procedures. If you receive the part and want to return it, the Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be held from the refund.
